Youth Club
What the Youth Club Offers A wide range of activities in a warm and welcoming environment.  We encourage young people to identify the activities or trips they would like to try, and then to work towards organising these trips or activities thereby learning new skills and taking ownership of their club. Examples of past trips/activities to give you a flavour of what you could be involved in include: weekends away to outdoor activity centres where young people took part in gorge walking; climbing on a sea coast; assault course and games.  Young people have also been involved in graffiti arts projects; canoeing; caving; night walks; cooking; arts and crafts; ice skating; film nights; the list goes on….  We aim to accommodate everyone and will try most things young people are interested in. Older members can also access confidential advice from a trained ‘No Worries’ advisor on any teenage health problems such as: stress, depression, eating disorders, relationships, drugs, smoking, contraception. Why not pop in and have a look?  First visit is free.
