What the Cybercafé Offers Access to the internet together with various video games systems on Playstation 3, Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii, Game cube, Playstation 2 consoles and PCs. 7 fast broadband connected PCs. Programs for editing pictures, word processing and other utilities. A drop in environment where young people from school year 5 upwards can meet up. Some drinks & snacks are available. Benefits to Young People Able to meet up in the warm and dry, and generally socialise. Access to information and entertainment via the web. Enables greater computer literacy. When & Where The Cybercafé is open for young people during the school term from 3:15 to 5pm: Wednesday - Cybercafé session for school years 5 & 6. Held at the Youth Club in the portacabin at the Riverside Gardens next to the ball court in Kent Road car park. Cost Currently no joining fee, but there is an entry fee of £1.50 per session with the money going to purchase new equipment.  Entry fee includes a soft drink and a slice of toast.
